⚠️ Important Safety Note: Never exceed the maximum pressure rating stamped on your tire or rim. For Hookless rims, do NOT exceed 73 PSI / 5.0 BAR. This is a starting point—adjust slightly for personal comfort.
Tubeless Road Tire Pressure Reference Chart (PSI)
This chart gives the recommended starting pressure in PSI for the Rear Tire / Front Tire. This assumes mixed-surface riding and standard hooked rims.
| Total System Weight (Rider + Bike + Gear) | 25 mm Tubeless Tire | 28 mm Tubeless Tire | 30 mm Tubeless Tire | 32 mm Tubeless Tire |
| 60 kg (132 lbs) | 85 / 80 PSI | 75 / 70 PSI | 68 / 64 PSI | 60 / 56 PSI |
| 70 kg (154 lbs) | 90 / 85 PSI | 80 / 75 PSI | 73 / 68 PSI | 65 / 60 PSI |
| 80 kg (176 lbs) | 95 / 90 PSI | 85 / 80 PSI | 78 / 73 PSI | 70 / 65 PSI |
| 90 kg (198 lbs) | 100 / 95 PSI | 90 / 85 PSI | 83 / 78 PSI | 75 / 70 PSI |
| 100 kg (220 lbs) | 105 / 100 PSI | 95 / 90 PSI | 88 / 83 PSI | 80 / 75 PSI |
| 110 kg (242 lbs) | N/A (Consult Manufacturer) | 100 / 95 PSI | 93 / 88 PSI | 85 / 80 PSI |
Important Safety Notes
- Maximum Pressure: Never exceed the lower of the maximum pressure stamped on your tire sidewall or your rim sidewall.
- Hookless Rims: If you have hookless rims, do NOT exceed 73 PSI (5.0 BAR), as this is the universally enforced safety limit.
- Conversions: To convert PSI to BAR, divide the PSI value by 14.5. (Example: 80 PSI is approximately 5.5 BAR).
Tubeless Road Tire Pressure Reference Chart (BAR)
This chart gives the recommended starting pressure in BAR for the Rear Tire / Front Tire. This assumes mixed-surface riding and standard hooked rims.

| 100 kg (220 lbs) | 7.2 / 6.9 BAR | 6.6 / 6.2 BAR | 6.1 / 5.7 BAR | 5.5 / 5.2 BAR |
| 110 kg (242 lbs) | N/A (Consult Manufacturer) | 6.9 / 6.6 BAR | 6.4 / 6.1 BAR | 5.9 / 5.5 BAR |
Important Safety and Adjustment Notes
- Maximum Pressure: Always check your equipment! Do not exceed the lower of the maximum pressure stamped on your tire sidewall or your rim sidewall.
- Hookless Rims: If you are using hookless rims, you must NOT exceed 5.0 BAR (73 PSI), regardless of the values in the chart.
- Conversions: To convert BAR to PSI, multiply the BAR value by 14.5.
- Adjustments: These are starting points. Adjust pressure for fine-tuning: lower for comfort/wet grip, higher for speed/smooth roads.
